We do this by building a culture with family like atmosphere along with community involvement that makes the men of Whatcom County want to play here. We emphasize discipline, teamwork, and offering a platform for athletes to pursue football beyond high school or college, while acting as positive role models with focus on fostering community engagement. Everyone in the organization and community, from the person welcoming fans at our home games to our community sponsorships play importance roles within our organization.
